ePortfolio Presentation and Tools

James H. Dalton made a presentation about ePortfolios in June, 2011 to doctoral students in the Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision program at Regent University.  This presentation included a review of instructions for creating an ePortfolio utilizing Weebly or WordPress, which works in conjunction with an example website.  In the presentation he also provided a list of example ePortfolios.  Finally, tools were viewed to Make an Autorun CD from Your Website for distribution purposes.

Tools to Increase Efficacy in a Counselor Education Program

In June, 2010 and June, 2011, James H. Dalton presented information to doctoral students in the Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision program at Regent University.  This presentation introduced students to a multitude of technological tools available to them which would assist them as they participated in an online program.  These tools included communication tools, video editing tools, text to audio tools, researching tools, etc.

 Using Wikis in Higher Education

In the Teaching Praxis elective, James H. Dalton did a presentation on utilizing wikis in higher education.  The presentation is contained within a wiki which can be viewed here.
